CEO - Jan Kruger
Mr. Kruger is a practising attorney at and for many year a senior director at a well known and established law firm in PRETORIA, South Africa. He has practised for 20 years at the branch office in Centurion and in the process was skilled in general and financial administration and marketing (the branch office being a seperate financial entity to the rest of the firm). Being an attorney has brought him into contact with high profile and successful clients many of whom are his friends and associates on various levels.
CFO - Dawie Nieman
Mr. Nieman (B.Com Accounts and B.Com (hon) was responsible for the business plan of this venture. He served as financial, general and group manager for Gypsum Industries, TFM, Coin Security and Maluleke Leasing (Pty) Ltd, a company which is actively involved in the black empowerment scenario. Mr. Nieman is extremely suitable for the abovementioned position. He is now the CFO of the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund (an affiliate of the Public Investment Corporation - PIC), the largest Private Equity Fund in Africa.
Thys Kleynhans - Engineer and Plant Manager
Mr. Kleynhans has extensive knowledge of bottling plants being the plant engineer and manager at ABI Coca Cola for years. His technical knowledge, being a qualified mechanical engineer is invaluable to our business. Mr. Kleynhans has been the engineering manager for High Tech, a company responsible for the erection of bottling plants here, and further north in Africa. He is now on contract working in the Middle East.
Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)
Not much need to be said about this well respected and worldwide known institution with its huge pool of technical and scientific expertise. The CSIR will act on instruction and mandate to monitor and advise on the mentioned aspects.
